The notice is unusual in one respect: it lists the closing date as 7 September but is headed “this form is closed”. We have not been able to confirm which is current, so if you still intend to apply, open the portal first — if it accepts payment, the window is open; if not, it has closed early.
The screening is an online computer-based test. Candidates can be posted to either campus (Ife Hospital Unit or Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa) on admission, and your O-level results must already be uploaded to JAMB CAPS with OAUTHC as first choice. Applicants presenting NABTEB cannot combine it with another result, and you must be at least 16 as at January 2026.
The same notice also lists a ₦15,000 Remita total in the ND/HND section without explaining what it covers; we are not treating that as a verified fee. The college's Post-Basic Perioperative Nursing form for this session closed on 28 August 2026 (written test 31 August, interview 1 September).
