The core NMC fees total £1,170 — eligibility evaluation £140 + CBT £83 + OSCE £794 + registration £153 (nmc.org.uk). At the CBN official rate of ₦1,815/£ (28 Aug 2026) that is about ₦2.1m before your English test and visa. Many NHS employers refund the OSCE, visa and flights after you arrive — the calculator lets you toggle that. Fee change from 1 October 2026: the NMC Council approved on 28 April 2026, subject to Parliamentary approval, raising the overseas evaluation fee from £140 to £167 and the initial registration fee from £153 to £182 (the annual fee goes from £120 to £143). CBT (£83) and OSCE (£794) are not part of the rise, so the core total becomes £1,226. If your documents are ready, submitting before 1 October saves £56.
